At Shiro Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn garments in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Shiro Studio box, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
